THE MARKETING GROUP PLC: Completion of Blockchain Nordic Acquisition

LONDON: 22 February 2019 – The Marketing Group plc (the “Company” or the “Group”), which trades as RYVL, is pleased to confirm that, further to its announcements of 6 December 2018 and 30 January 2019, together with the passing of the resolutions at the General Meeting of the Company held on 15 February 2019, it has now completed the acquisition of Blockchain Nordic (“BN”).
