About Us

Established in 2007, The National EPC Company (www.nepcco.co.uk) is the UK’s largest independent provider of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and Energy Surveys. The National EPC Company works nationwide, delivering more than 8,000 residential and commercial EPCs each month for large corporate agents, social housing organisations, banks, asset management companies and smaller agents. The National EPC Company also works with the micro-generation and insulation industries to help customers improve the energy efficiency of their homes. It carries out a wide range of energy efficient surveys including photovoltaic (PV) installations, insulation and risk assessments, lighting plans and passive house surveys. The National EPC Company offers standalone or combined services to both individual residential customers and to larger corporate enterprises. Clients include: Spicerhaart, Solar Direct Savings, Places for People, Crown Estate, BNP Paribas, Trafford Centre and Touchstone CPS.

The EICR, which replaced the Periodic Inspection Report, gives customers more information by making clear the failures or defects that need urgent remedial action.
