Good Earth Tea Announces Colorful Winner of “Untamed Moments” Contest
(January 17, 2013 – Montvale, NJ): Good Earth Tea, the brand synonymous with bold flavors, today announced the winner of their “Untamed Moments” contest, a search to find the most unique and exciting examples of their fans living adventurously. The stunning winning photo, entitled “Untamed Exuberance,” was submitted by 24 year-old Big Cove, Alabama resident Rebecca Renfroe. “Untamed Exuberance” is a close up of a smiling Renfroe, her face alight with streaks of vibrant color, after enjoying the Indian festival of Holi, which commemorates the beginning of spring.
As Renfroe explains in her description of the photo, Holi is a traditional Indian festival that celebrates the return of spring and all the color that the season brings back into the world. Along with music and dancing, this lively festival encourages participants to throw colored powder into the air and to fling it at fellow revelers, decorating them the way spring enlivens the earth with color and life. Renfroe’s photo captures the untamed essence of the festival with the vivid shades of red, purple, green and yellow that adorn her smiling face.
