Turtle Back Zoo to Celebrate 50th Anniversary with “Brew at the Zoo” Craft Beer Festival

(June 20, 2013 – West Orange, NJ): Turtle Back Zoo will celebrate its 50th anniversary by hosting a craft beer festival on Saturday, June 29 from 6pm to 9pm.  The festival will feature live entertainment and a selection of fifty craft beers from 25 different brewers. In addition to sampling the beverage offerings, several of the zoo’s exhibits will be open to explore during the event.  The event is open to guests 21 and over only. 

The event will feature live entertainment by Brynn Stanley Jazz Band and The Wag. Sections of the Zoo will also be open for viewing throughout the evening, including the new Sea Lion Sound exhibit.

Sponsors of the event include Aramark, Yelp, Best Western Turtle Brook Inn, Jersey Club Sports, Garden State Brewfest and Cloverleaf Tavern.

Tickets are $9.99 for designated drivers and $50 for general admission. Event proceeds will benefit the Zoo. For more event information and to purchase tickets, please visit tbzoobrew.com.
