The Stryze Group acquires seven further Amazon shops

Nine-digit annual turnover in sight / Acquisitions expand The Stryze Group's portfolio with highly rated, consumer-preferred products that offer strong growth potential

Berlin, June 8, 2021 – The Stryze Group acquired seven Amazon shops in the month of May. These acquisitions alone will contribute between 20 and 25 million euros in sales over the next twelve months. With the acquired brands, Stryze delivers sought-after consumer goods to millions of satisfied customers – worldwide. This is because Stryze not only buys German brands, but also successful brands from abroad. The most recent acquisitions include:

  • Argan Deluxe, hair care products with argan oil - "best seller" and among the top beauty brands on Amazon.
  • Stylish cooking and kitchen accessories for everyday use from Heynna
  • Ayurvedic food supplements in certified organic quality from Holi Natural

Sebastian Funke, CEO and co-founder of The Stryze Group, comments on this positive business development: "We are satisfied with our current performance. In fact, we only started approaching and acquiring companies in January 2021. Now we are on track to achieve our target range of 50 to 100 deals for this year. Additionally, we are rapidly expanding our team, which will enable our pace of acquisitions to increase even further. As a Group, we expect to close 2021 with a strong, nine-digit turnover, based on the last 12 months."

The aim of the acquisitions is to scale the acquired brands and drive the organic growth of The Stryze Group’sown brands. To this end, Upper90, Alstin Capital and another German institutional investor invested 100 million US dollars in a first round of funding at the beginning of this year. Online retailers in turn benefit from the expertise, capital and growth of the Stryzers. The Berlin-based company already offers over 25 own brands and hundreds of different consumer goods, primarily on Amazon, but also through their own shops and other platforms across more than 20 countries.
