Narissa Phipps brings us a 180-day challenge to a happier way of life, with daily contemplations and challenges

Utilising information based on research she’s gathered about happiness, Narissa Phipps has created a book designed to be uplifting to late teens and adults that read and use this book. Happiness Diary is intended to be used for just five minutes daily, but to create healthy, long-lasting habits towards happiness.

With daily contemplations to inspire and daily challenges to test, readers will soon experience first-hand that actions really do speak louder than words. One day at a time, you can make a difference – and that time starts now.

Contemplate today...

Challenge tomorrow.

Happiness Diary will inspire users to change their attitude about their surroundings – and those around them – for a happier way of life. Narissa draws on her own experiences of working in children’s mental health. Utilising themes of self-help, inspiration, motivation and popular psychology, the book guides users to contemplate a certain area of life, and complete a certain challenge, everyday – for gradual but long-lasting change.

Narissa Phipps grew up in Brighton and then went to Loughborough University to study psychology. After graduating in 2012, she worked in children’s mental health until December 2013, when she left the UK to go travelling. Narissa now lives in New Zealand. She is available for interview over email/Skype, and review copies of Happiness Diary are available on request.
