National Committee for Quality Assurance Ranks Passport Health Plan #13 of all Medicaid Health Plans in the United States

September 26, 2011 Louisville, Kentucky – The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) ranks Passport Health Plan #13 among Medicaid health insurance plans in “NCQA’s Medicaid Health Insurance Plan Rankings 2011-2012.” Passport Health Plan, a provider-sponsored Medicaid health plan serving more than 170,000 members in Kentucky, is ranked in the top 25 of all Medicaid Health Plans in the country and the top ranked Medicaid plan in Kentucky based on clinical quality, member satisfaction and NCQA Accreditation scores.
