THEIA To Launch Day Dress Collection for Spring 2012
New York (September 16, 2011)- THEIA, the eveningwear collection inspired by the Greek Goddess of light, will debut a new day dress collection for Spring 2012 during Coterie this weekend at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City. The collection will include chic and sophisticated silhouettes cut from tweeds, stretch jacquards, linens, sand washed silks, and silk prints.
“From simple sheaths, to sixties inspired full skirted dresses, we like to refer to this new line as “daycassion”” states Don O’Neill, Creative Director for THEIA. These dresses are designed to take women from the office to a dinner party. They’re perfect for an afternoon wedding or semi formal event or even a polo match.
Mitchell Hops, President and CEO of JS Group International, parent company of THEIA says “The THEIA woman has come to love the affordable luxury and chic, sophisticated style that the brand offers. Since our launch in 2009, our customers have been asking for less formal dresses that they can incorporate into their daily wardrobe. This new collection gives her the opportunity to look her best both day and night. We’re very excited about this new division. “
Priced from $350-$595, the day dress collection will arrive in better department and specialty stores in February 2012.
