THiS Group AB acquires Digitrust AB – experts in digitalization

THiS Less-is-more Group AB (publ) ("THiS Group") is acquiring all shares in Digitrust AB ("Digitrust"). The purchase price amounts to SEK 28 million and will be paid with newly issued shares in THiS Group at a value of SEK 7.4 per share. Digitrust are experts in digitalization in the categories of health, well-being, and lifestyle and specialize in creating the link between business and digital platforms/IT systems. The company aims to create better use of information/data to increase revenue and profit. By making better and faster decisions in a controlled and flexible environment, the company also contributes to increased performance/efficiency for companies and organizations.

Digitrust also contributes to increasing the value of companies by building trust in digital governance. The company establishes CIO functions and provides strategic advice on the use and management of business-critical information. Digitrust also offers services in information and cybersecurity as well as management consulting. Another important service that Digitrust offers is Digital Due Diligence, which is used before the acquisition or merger of companies.

By acquiring Digitrust, THiS Group will be able to leverage the company's specialized expertise in digitalization and strengthen its position in these areas. The acquisition is an important step in THiS Group's strategy to build a portfolio of growth and value companies and helps to diversify the company's operations in health, wellness, and lifestyle.
