NANO – MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

Skavak Invest AS, a company controlled by a close associate of Tone Kvåle, who is the Chief Financial Officer of Nordic Nanovector ASA, has today purchased 3,000 shares in Nordic Nanovector ASA at an average share price of NOK 35 per share.

Following the transaction and completion of the Offering, Tone Kvåle will own 38,292 shares and 205,000 options in Nordic Nanovector ASA, and close associates of Tone Kvåle will own 101,562 shares in the Company.
