NANO – MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

Oslo, Norway 19 June 2015: Roy H. Larsen, member of the Board of Directors of Nordic Nanovector ASA, has today purchased 4,801 shares in Nordic Nanovector ASA at an average share price of NOK 30,10 per share.

Following the transaction, Roy H. Larsen directly and indirectly will own 1,762,000 shares in Nordic Nanovector ASA.
