Change in number of shares and votes in Thule Group

Thule Group’s warrant series 2014/2017 has been exercised and as a consequence, the number of shares and votes in the company has increased by 1,036,455 in February 2017.

As at 28 February 2017, there are in total 102,072,910 shares and votes in Thule Group AB (publ).
