Lilian Fossum Biner and David Samuelson declines re-election at the annual general meeting 2017

Lilian Fossum Biner and David Samuelson, both members of the  Board of Directors in Thule Group AB (publ), has informed the nomination committee that they will not stand for re-election at the company’s annual general meeting  on 26 April 2017.

Lilian Fossum Biner has been a member of the Board of Directors in Thule Group since 2011 and David Samuelson since 2012.
