Thule Group AB (publ) publish restated previously unpublished financial data due to the sale of the Specialty business
Due to Thule Group´s divestment of the reaming part of the Specialty business the group publishes recalculated, previously unpublished financial data (net sales, underlying EBIT and operating income) for the group for the years 2013 – 2016 and for the quarters 2014 – 2016.
The restated historical financial information below is attributable to the reclassification of the continuing operations of the reaming part of the Specialty business as a discontinued operation in the income statement, as well as the two smaller product groups historically reported in the Specialty segment, rails and accessories for pick-up trucks, are reported as from January 1, 2017 in the Outdoor & Bags segment under Region Americas.
