Exercise of Thule Group’s warrant series 2014/2018
The Thule Group warrant series 2014/2018 has been completed and as a consequence hereof the number of shares in the company will increase by 1,135,696. The total number of shares in the company will thereafter amount to 103,208,606.All newly subscribed shares have been sold.
