TIE Kinetix N.V.: Completion of sale to SPS Commerce Inc.

Breukelen, the Netherlands – September 13, 2023 at 1 PM CET – TIE Kinetix N.V. (“TIE Kinetix”) announces completion of the sale and transfer of the shares in TIE Kinetix Holding BV

TIE Kinetix N.V. announces the completion of the sale and transfer of shares in TIE Kinetix Holding BV  to SPS International, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of SPS Commerce Inc. for a consideration of  € 68.35 million in cash.

As from today, as part of the purchase agreement, TIE Kinetix N.V. will change its name into Titan N.V.
