Tieto brings Microsoft public cloud based voice services to Nordic customers

Tieto has joined Microsoft´s Skype for Business and Cloud based voice partner program. The extended partnership means that Tieto can now bring public switched telephone network connections to Microsoft Office 365 services in the Nordics, enabling higher productivity, significant cost savings and flexible ways of working for customers.

Tieto is one of the biggest Skype for Business service providers in the Nordics, with approximately 250 000 end users. Currently, about 10 percent of these are using voice services with public switched telephone connections. With the new partnership, Tieto will be able to offer and deploy Microsoft´s public cloud based voice services to customers across the Nordic countries, including technical implementation, trouble shooting and service desk.

As an official Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, Tieto can bring customers the whole package, licenses included, across the Nordic countries.

The new voice services based on Microsoft Office 365 are an addition to Tieto's growing portfolio of digitalization and cloud services. Cloud business has been the fastest growing area in Tieto, and currently Tieto is the largest cloud service provider in the Nordic countries.
