Tieto Corporation publishes listing prospectus for EUR 100 million notes

Tieto Corporation (the “Company”) announced on 6 September 2018 its decision to issue senior unsecured notes in principal amount of EUR 100 million (the “Notes”). The Notes will mature on 12 September 2024, carry a fixed annual interest of 1.375% and the issue price of the Notes was 99.424%.

The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has on 12 September 2018 approved the listing prospectus of the Notes. The listing prospectus is available in English on the Company’s website at www.tieto.com/investors.

Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd is expected to admit the Notes to public trading as of 14 September 2018.

OP Corporate Bank plc and Swedbank AB (publ) act as the Lead Managers for the issue of the Notes.
