Tieto Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 23 March 2017, 19.00 EETTieto Corporation's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approved the financial statements for 2016, decided to distribute a dividend of EUR 1.37 per share (ordinary dividend of EUR 1.15 and additional dividend of EUR 0.22) and discharge the company's officers from liability for the financial year 2016.
