Changes in the share capital registered Reduction of share capital The Annual General Meeting of TietoEnator Corporation decided to reduce the share capital by EUR 871,060 by nullifying the company's own shares. The reduction of the share capital was registered in the Finnish Trade Register on March 28, 2002. TietoEnator warrants exercised for share subscription After the previous increase in the share capital registered on January 3, 2002 altogether 26 warrants attached to the 1998 Bonds with Warrants had been exercised to subscribe for 156 TietoEnator shares. No shares were subscribed with TietoEnator warrants 1999/2003. The increase in the share capital, in total 156 E was registered in the Finnish Trade Register on March 28, 2002. TietoEnator received as additional shareholders' equity in total 4,595.76 E. The holders of the new shares are entitled to all shareholders' rights from the registration date. The new shares will be listed at the Helsinki Exchanges together with the old shares on April 3, 2002.
