Employee bond loan with warrants 2000 TietoEnator offered a bond with warrants to management and personnel. The subscription period for the bond loan ended on June 21, 2000. 6,417 employees subscribed for the bond loan, corresponding to 63,81 % of the employees. In connection with the loan 1,200,000 warrants were offered to management and 2,500,000 warrants were offered to personnel. Each loan stake will entitle to a minimum of 200 and a maximum of 1,500 warrants. Each warrant carries rights to subscribe for one share. The subscription price is EUR 54.50. The terms and conditions of the bond loan were published in the stock exchange bulletin on February 18, 2000. The Board of Directors has decided to grant 395 warrants to each subscriber of the personnel programme.
