Halland county council extends and broadens its co-operation with TietoEnator Halland county council extends its contract with TietoEnator concerning the salary and PA system PS Respons. Self-service functions and a greater utilization of the PA parts of the system are areas that the county council wants to give priority to. Halland county council has extended the contract for PS Respons for four years with an option of a further three years. PS Respons has been used for several years but now the county council wants to focus on utilizing more of the possibilities that the system can offer. - Long-term is the word when procuring a salary and PA system. It is not something that one changes every other year. We have introduced PS Respons as a pure salary system in the first phase and we are now prepared to continue and utilize the PA parts of the system. We expect support from TietoEnator in this process and are also very interested in the expanded functions with regard to self-service, says Rune Lejon, director of personnel at the county council. Some of the new functions that Rune Lejon visualizes are that the employees themselves shall be able to report their own presence and absence directly in the system. Furthermore, he looks forward to be able to manage the staffing planning with several PA functions in PS Respons. The county council will, at the same time, take radical steps to review its PA processes and make them more effective by applying new working methods in a number of areas. - We have complete functions that can supplement the PS Respons installation in Halland and the demand for these solutions is growing all the time. Self-service is an area in which TietoEnator is way ahead.
