Hälsingborgshem Ltd renders its invoice handling effective with e:fact from PEBS/TietoEnator Hälsingborgshem Ltd is one of the Town of Helsingborg's wholly owned municipal companies with a staff of approximately 115. Hälsingborgshem provides housing for 11 200 households in Helsingborg. With the invoice handling system e:fact from TietoEnator, the company will rationalize its administration of invoices within the company. By means of an agreement with Electronic commerce PEBS AB - a company jointly owned by the Post Office and TietoEnator - TietoEnator now supplies the web-based computer solution e.Fact, which in one and the same tool, can handle electronic invoices as well as the scanning of paper invoices and internal invoices. The scanning element is supplied by the Helsingborg company, Readsoft which is specialized in the interpretation of scanned material. This means that the manual handling is minimized thanks to a digitized workflow within the company. The solution will be completely integrated into Hälsingborgshem Ltd's intranet. - By using the system e.Fact from TietoEnator we will have a very powerful tool to render the administration of financial documents effective. We handle many invoices within Hälsingborgshem.
