Management acquires Netdesign from TietoEnator

TIETOENATOR CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE BULLETIN 1 MARCH 2000 1.00 PM 1 (1) Management acquires Netdesign from TietoEnator As earlier informed in interim reports, TietoEnator has decided to reduce it´s holdings in the system products related area of Network Infrastruc- ture. These operations are mainly conducted in Swedish Dotcom and Danish NetDesign A/S. Valid from first of March, the management of NetDesign has acquired Net- Design A/S from TietoEnator. NetDesign has approximately 60 employees and deliver internal and external networks on the Danish market from suppliers such as Cisco Systems. NetDesign also offers consulting, systems design, education and maintenance in the Network Infrastructure field. Net sales of NetDesign 1999 were DK 183 million. The divestment will only marginally effect TietoEnators profits during 2000.
