Rautaruukki Information Systems unit transfers to TietoEnator TietoEnator and Rautaruukki have today signed the contract according to which the entire operations of the Rautaruukki Information Systems unit will be taken over by TietoEnator. The letter of intent was signed in January this year. According to the contract, the employees of the Rautaruukki Information Systems unit - 145 people in Raahe and Hämeenlinna -will retain their existing employee status as they join TietoEnator.
