The Antitrust Authority approve TietoEnator´s acquisition of SYKORA The Czech Antitrust Authority has given its approval to TietoEnator´s acquisition of 51 % of the shares in SYKORA Group. The agreement between TietoEnator and SYKORA was announced on June the 26th and will be effective from the 1st of October. SYKORA is a company specialized in network inventory and operations support systems for telecom and utility companies. It has 125 employees in seven European countries.
