The Competition Authorities approve Nokia´s and TietoEnator´s collaboration agreement The Finnish Competition Authorities have approved the collaboration agreement in the field of mobile network product development between Nokia Networks and TietoEnator that was announced on August the 30th. The agreement will be effective from the 1st of October. A new Business Unit dedicated to Nokia´s R&D operations will then start in the TietoEnator Telecom & Media Business Area. To strengthen the competence base of the co-operation, approximately 300 Finland-based Nokia Networks employees will move to this unit.
