TietoEnator acquires Flexlab/kemi TietoEnator acquires the rights to the software Flexlab/kemi. The software is the market leader in Sweden within the medical service's laboratory operations for clinical chemistry. The operations within Flexlab/kemi have 20 employees who, through the acquisition, are transferred to TietoEnator. The acquisition is a step in TietoEnator's focus on the Nordic health and medical care market. - In addition to establishing ourselves and becoming leaders within the chemistry laboratory market, we see synergy effects between our newly developed web-based remittance and answer system Infomedix RoS and Flexlab/kemi, says Ola Gustafsson, responsible for TietoEnator Health Care Sweden.
