TietoEnator acquires Norwegian InfoVest

TietoEnator acquires Norwegian InfoVest TietoEnator has acquired the business operations of the Norwegian company InfoVest Systempartner AS. The deal, which underpins TietoEnator Resource Management's strategy, further strengthens the business area's position as the leading supplier of IT solutions for resource management in the Nordic countries. InfoVest's operations and all 24 employees have been transferred to TietoEnator. Established in 1991, InfoVest specialises in financial control systems and applications for small and medium-sized companies. The acquisition broadens TietoEnator's portfolio of financial management software solutions in Norway, which has so far consisted of the Economa product family for large and medium-sized organisations. With its Huldt & Lillevik product family, TietoEnator is already a leading provider of personnel management and payroll systems in Norway.
