TietoEnator acquires the CIS activities of ABB Energy Information Systems TietoEnator acquires the CIS activities (Customer Information Systems) of ABB Energy Information Systems with 61 employees, and 50 % of the shares of Prototum AB from ABB Energy Information Systems AB. After this transaction, TietoEnator owns 100 % of the shares of Prototum AB. Prototum own all IPR´s (Intellectual Property Rights) to Elegansplus, a market leading system for customer handling in the Swedish energy market. - The Nordic countries are often looked on as a kind of test-bed for the energy sector.
