TietoEnator acquires the majority of TietoEnator ISS in Czech Republic TietoEnator has acquired a further 31 % of TietoEnator ISS a.s. shares in Czech Republic and gained the majority in the company with 51 % of the shares. TietoEnator ISS provides high-value-added IT services with a customer focus in Telecom operators. Its main customer at present is Czech Telecom. TietoEnator entered the Czech IT market by founding a new joint venture company, TietoEnator ISS, together with the owners of ISS Czech s.r.o. in 20 June 2001.
