MAS supplies IT solutions and services for the paper industry. The company's net sales in 1999 totalled EUR 7 million and it employs 90 people in Regensburg and MunichThe deal is a further step in TietoEnator's strategy and commitment to serve paper industry customers globally. The new name of the company is TietoEnator MAS GmbH. The management of TietoEnator MAS GmbH consists of the Advisory Board: Mr Pentti Huusko, Mr Hannes Kneissl and Mr Sakari Ruotsalainen and Managing Directors: Mr Heimo Kontula, Mr Walter Hübler and Mr Stefan Krebs.
