TietoEnator company in partner agreement with Wind River The Västerås company, TietoEnator ArosTech has signed a co-operation agreement with the software company Wind River. The agreement means that Wind River, in its consultant operations, will utilize TietoEnator ArosTech's consultants. The agreement with the TietoEnator company is the first of up to two planned agreements in Sweden this year and the first in Scandinavia. We are naturally proud of the agreement with Wind River. They are a world leader in their area and one of the three leading suppliers in their branch in Sweden. The agreement works in such a way that TietoEnator ArosTech's consultants will work directly under Wind River in common projects, says Mikael Gustafsson, Deputy Manager of TietoEnator ArosTech in Västerås. The agreement can lead to assignments abroad Wind River has its head office in California and a Swedish office in Stockholm. The company is known for its real time operating systems, VxWorks and pSOS+, with associated development tool called Tornado. - We chose TietoEnator ArosTech because of their strong competence within real time operating systems, says Anders Wallin at Wind River. For TietoEnator ArosTech the agreement can lead, in addition to Swedish assignments, to assignments in Europé in areas where the Swedish company has specialist competence. The areas in which Wind River and TietoEnator ArosTech have a focus are primarily vehicle applications, telecommunications and industrial applications.
