TIETOENATOR CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE BULLETIN 26 APRIL 2001 10.00 AM 1 TietoEnator seeks listing for warrants based on the employee bond loan 1998 and for shares subscribed by warrants 1998 and by warrants 1999/2003 on the main list of Helsinki Exchanges The Board of Directors for TietoEnator Oyj (formerly Tieto Corporation Oyj) has decided to seek listing for the warrants attached to the employee bond loan 1998 and the additional slots of shares subscribed by warrants 1998 and by warrants 1999/2003 on the main list of Helsinki Exchanges in effect June 15, 2001. Bond Loan 1998 Warrants TietoEnator issued a bond loan of FIM 2.000.000 to its personnel in 1998. The bond loan was subscribed by 2.498 employees. The bond loan carries 200.000 warrants and the amount of warrants to be listed is 200.000 units at the most. The warrants entitle to subscribe for no more than 1,2 million shares at a subscription price of 29,46 EUR between 15 June 2001 and 31 May 2004. Each warrant entitles its holder to subscribe for one share at a subscription price of 41 EUR.
