TietoEnator enters Dutch market through acquisition of Teledynamics jointly

TietoEnator enters Dutch market through acquisition of Teledynamics jointly with KPN TietoEnator has acquired 40 % of Teledynamics. 40 % are owned by KPN (Dutch Telecom), the rest by the company's management. TietoEnator will acquire the majority of shares over time. Teledynamics is an ICT- services company focusing on telecommunications and other service industries. Areas of expertise are customer relationship management, contact centers and b-to-c e-business solutions. The intention of the agreement with KPN is to broaden TietoEnator´s presence in Central Europe especially in the telecommunications industry. Business development will be closely connected with TietoEnator´s operations in Germany, Switzerland and Belgium. Teledynamics, founded in 1993, today has 40 employees. The focus of the company always has been customer communication solutions for large companies in telecommunications, finance, utilities, tourism and other service industries. Services include consulting, implementation of complete solutions as well as support and maintenance. Teledynamics' annual net sales year 2000 was 4,257 thousand euros.
