TietoEnator expands banking and financial business operations in the Danish market TietoEnator has entered an agreement to acquire 75% of the shares in the Danish company IT+. IT+ operates mostly in the banking sector and is the leading Danish provider of integration competencies and components within the secure and personalised e-business framework. IT+ is situated in Århus but expects to establish an office in Copenhagen. The company employs 19 people and this financial year, ending on 30 June, looks to net sales of approximately 1.2 million euro. The company's customers include major Danish banks. The banking and finance sector is one of TietoEnator's key businesses.
