TietoEnator further intensifies its eBusiness operations
TietoEnator further intensifies its eBusiness operations TietoEnator has created a new eBusiness unit. The new unit will consist of 250 eBusiness professionals and will provide services such as hosting, ASP, eLearning, on-line information and direct marketing services. The aim is to increase TietoEnator's eBusiness market share in both Finland and Sweden. The new unit has been created by combining TietoEnator Electronic Business Services and TietoEnator Information Services. The former provides eBusiness, transaction and communications services in both Finland and Sweden, while the latter provides information services such as on-line information, digital and direct marketing services. Both units have collaborated in the past. The purpose of the combination is to create greater synergy and to gather together all the different eBusiness services into one unit. The organizational changes come into effect on 1 March 2001.
