TietoEnator holds more than 90 procent in Entra New additional date for settlement During the extended offer period, shareholders in Entra Data AB (publ) have accepted TietoEnator Corporation's offer to the shareholders in Entra, to such extent that TietoEnator now holds more than 90 per cent of the sharecapital and votes in Entra after conversion of TietoEnator's B-shares to A-shares. TietoEnator has therefore decided that (without any other changes in the information given in the press release dated June 28, 2000) settlement of accounts should be made on or about August 8, 2000 for those shares in Entra, which under the offer, has been received by Alfred Berg Fondkommission AB on July 27, 2000 at the latest.
