TietoEnator now controls over 96 percent of Entra The Board of Directors of TietoEnator Corporation has decided to issue 695,145 shares in TietoEnator in exchange for 811,003 shares in Entra Data AB (publ) in accordance with the public offer. TietoEnator now controls 96,6 per cent of share capital and votes in Entra after conversion of TietoEnator's B-shares to A-shares.
