TietoEnator's increase in share capital registered TietoEnator has implemented the public offer to the shareholders in Entra Data AB and the following increase in the share capital by EUR 3,520,409.15 has been registered in the Trade Register in Finland on June 29, 2000. 4,186,320 new shares with a nominal value of EUR 0.84 per share will be used as settlement of accounts on or about July 11, 2000. Trading on the exchanges in Helsinki and Stockholm will be possible as of July 11, 2000. TietoEnator's registered and fully paid share capital will be EUR 69,232,379.32 divided on 82,327,483 shares.
