TietoEnator's increase in share capital registered TietoEnator has implemented the public offer to the shareholders in Entra Data AB and the following increase in the share capital by EUR 266,921.56 has been registered in the Trade Register in Finland on August 4, 2000. 317,409 new shares with a nominal value of EUR 0.84 per share will be used as settlement of accounts on or about August 8, 2000. Trading on the exchanges in Helsinki and Stockholm will be possible as of August 8, 2000. TietoEnator's registered and fully paid share capital will be EUR 69,499,300.88 divided on 82,644,892 shares.
