TietoEnator's increase in share capital registered TietoEnator has implemented the public offer to the shareholders in Entra Data AB and the following increase in the share capital by EUR 584,574.44 has been registered in the Trade Register in Finland on 11 September 2000. 695,145 new shares with a nominal value of EUR 0.84 per share will be used as settlement of accounts on or about 20 September 2000. Trading on the exchanges in Helsinki and Stockholm will be possible as of August 20 September 2000. TietoEnator's registered and fully paid share capital will be EUR 70,089,576.62 divided on 83,346,817 shares.
