TietoEnator strengthens its position within fund systems through the acquisition of Eumetrix

TietoEnator strengthens its position within fund systems through the acquisition of Eumetrix TietoEnator-owned Entra, a company within TietoEnator's business area Finance Sector, acquires a hundred percent of the shares in Eumetrix, a Swedish supplier of systems for fund administration. The acquisition means that about fifty people will be transferred to TietoEnator and gives the company access to a leading fund system adapted to an international market. In this way, TietoEnator also further strengthens its position in the market for fund systems in the Nordic countries. - The acquisition of Eumetrix makes us the most powerful supplier of fund solutions in the Nordic countries for both small and very large companies, says Martin Sjöberg, MD of Entra. The acquisition will give us access to an international spearhead product and, in addition, will strengthen our organization with a large number of experienced consultants. Eumetrix has a strong position in the market for fund systems in Sweden. Somewhat more than fifty percent of the country's fund assets are administered in systems developed by the company and one of the company's customers is Sweden's largest fund administrator, Robur.
