TietoEnator supplies SL's new PA system

TietoEnator supplies SL's new PA system Stockholm Transport, SL, has signed a contract with TietoEnator for the supply of the salary and PA system PS Respons. The system is being introduced at a rapid pace and will be commissioned at the turn of the year. SL will have access to an HRM concept (Human Resource Management), which, in addition to salary management, contains a number personnel administration functions such as staff planning and time reporting. The objective is that parts of the personnel administration shall, in the long run, be able to be carried out by the employees themselves via web solutions, so-called self-service. "We spared no pains when summarizing and specifying our demands for a new PA and salary system and its supplier. PS Respons fulfils our requirements and we regard the system as very user-friendly. Today, SL uses a self-developed system for salary management, timetabling and staffing. In January, the first salary will be paid out from PS Respons to SL's approximately 1 500 employees.
