TietoEnator warrants exercised

TietoEnator warrants exercised for share subscription After the previous increase in the share capital was registered on June 19, 2001 altogether 2 751 warrants attached to the 1996 and 1998 bond with warrants to company personnel had been exercised to subscribe for 16 506 TietoEnator shares. The increase in the share capital, in total EUR 16 506 was registered in the Finnish Trade Register on July 4, 2001. As a result of the increase, the share capital of TietoEnator is now EUR 82,747,854 and the total number of shares is 82,747,854. TietoEnator received as additional shareholders' equity in total EUR 75,432.42. The holders of the new shares are entitled to all shareholders' rights from the registration date. The new shares will be listed at the Helsinki Exchanges together with the old shares on July 5, 2001.
