TietoEnator warrants exercised for share subscription

TIETOENATOR CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE BULLETIN 9 AUGUST 2000 9.45 AM 1 (1) TIETOENATOR WARRANTS EXERCISED FOR SHARE SUBSCRIPTION After the previous increase in the share capital was registered on June 7, 2000 altogether 1,130 A warrants attached to the 1996 bond with warrants to company personnel had been exercised to subscribe for 6,780 TietoEnator shares. The increase in the share capital, in total EUR 5,701.30 was registered in the Finnish Trade Register on August 9,2000. As a result of the increase, the share capital of TietoEnator is now EUR 69,505,002.18 and the total number of shares is 82,651,672. TietoEnator received as additional shareholders' equity in total EUR 30,984.60. The holders of the new shares are entitled to all shareholders' rights from the registration date.
