TietoEnator warrants exercised for share subscription After the previous increase in the share capital was registered on August 9, 2000 altogether 4,253 A warrants attached to the 1996 bond with warrants to company personnel had been exercised to subscribe for 25,518 TietoEnator shares. The increase in the share capital, in total EUR 21,459.08 was registered in the Finnish Trade Register on October 11,2000. As a result of the increase, the share capital of TietoEnator is now EUR 70,111,035.70 and the total number of shares is 83,372,335. TietoEnator received as additional shareholders' equity in total EUR 116,617.26. The holders of the new shares are entitled to all shareholders' rights from the registration date.
