TietoEnator warrants exercised for share subscription

TIETOENATOR WARRANTS EXERCISED FOR SHARE SUBSCRIPTION After the previous increase in the share capital was registered on October 11, 2000 altogether 167,760 warrants attached to the 1996 bond with warrants to company personnel had been exercised to subscribe for 27,960 TietoEnator shares. The increase in the share capital, in total EUR 141,075.90 was registered in the Finnish Trade Register on December 5,2000. As a result of the increase, the share capital of TietoEnator is now EUR 70,252,111.60 and the total number of shares is 83,540,095. TietoEnator received as additional shareholders' equity in total EUR 766,663.20. The holders of the new shares are entitled to all shareholders' rights from the registration date. The new shares will be listed at the Helsinki Exchanges together with the old shares on December 7, 2000.
