TietoEnator warrants exercised for share subscription After the previous increase in the share capital was registered on June 6, 2001 altogether 2 010 warrants attached to the 1996 bond with warrants to company personnel had been exercised to subscribe for 12 060 TietoEnator shares. The increase in the share capital, in total EUR 12 060 was registered in the Finnish Trade Register on June 19, 2001. As a result of the increase, the share capital of TietoEnator is now EUR 82,731,348 and the total number of shares is 82,731,348. TietoEnator received as additional shareholders' equity in total EUR 55,114.20. The holders of the new shares are entitled to all shareholders' rights from the registration date. The new shares will be listed at the Helsinki Exchanges together with the old shares on June 20, 2001.
