TietoEnator warrants exercised for share subscription

TIETOENATOR WARRANTS EXERCISED FOR SHARE SUBSCRIPTION After the previous increase in the share capital was registered on July 4, 2001 altogether 4,847 warrants attached to the 1996 and 1998 bond with warrants to company personnel and warrants 1999/2003 had been exercised to subscribe for 29,082 TietoEnator shares. The increase in the share capital, in total EUR 29,082 was registered in the Finnish Trade Register on August 8, 2001. As a result of the increase, the share capital of TietoEnator is now EUR 82,776,936 and the total number of shares is 82,776,936. TietoEnator received as additional shareholders' equity in total EUR 132,904.74. The holders of the new shares are entitled to all shareholders' rights from the registration date. The new shares will be listed at the Helsinki Exchanges together with the old shares on August 8, 2001.
